The house has 5 bedrooms and two sitting rooms.

One of the sitting rooms has a gas 'wood-burner effect' fire, this room also has a TV, dvd and stereo/radio/cassette/CD. The 2nd sitting room (we call it the yellow room) has a high vaulted beamed ceiling (see picture below). The large, spacious dining room has an open fire. The well equipped  kitchen is next to dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a 90 cm hob / double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine. A cot and high chair are available. There also is a conservatory which gives entrance to a south facing fenced garden, and patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The ground floor also has a WC.

First floor: 2 family rooms (double bed and full-size bunk-beds), two twin rooms, bathroom / WC, separate WC. Second Floor: attic conversion (sloping ceiling), into an excellent double bedroom and en-suite bathroom / W.C. All the bedrooms have a TV and  wash basin. Linen (duvets) are included. Electric, gas central heating and hot water is also included. Coal / wood is locally available.

Private parking for up to four cars is next to the house. Sorry, but no smoking and no pets.
