Character detached cottage with exposed stone walls and beams in traditional cots wold village. Lounge with open log fireplace and window seats. Kitchen has all mod and cons with beautiful views across the valley. First floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and can be up as a double or twin. The smaller Room can also be made up to a double or a twin. Heating is by night storage and oil filled radiators, supplemented in winter with an open log fire which makes the whole cottage very cosy. Outside the crazy paving path and steps leads to a small private patio garden with seating and stunning views across the countryside. At the heart of Chedworth is a beautiful church with a waterspout nearby. Near the church the Seven Tuns Pub provides excellent food and entertainment. There are many excellent walks from the cottage. About a mile away through Chedworth woods is one of the best preserved Roman Villas in Britain (National Trust). The cottage is ideally placed to explore many towns and villages in the Cotswolds including Cirencester (7 miles) with street markets and Medieval Northleach (5 miles) with 15th century church and Museum.
