All offers of accommodation are made subject to the cottages being available on receipt of confirmation accompanied by a deposit of £80 per property per week or short stay. This will be credited against your account and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations within three weeks of your holiday are only refundable if we manage to re-let the property at short notice. All accounts to be settled prior to arrival.
