- The 2 bedrooms have three beds that include in Bedroom 1 a Kingsize bed and in Bedroom 2 a single bed and one 4ft [three-quarter] bed.
- Dining room has a quality table, 6 fine chairs, rocking chair, and bookcase and CD player & DAB radio.
- The Flagstone floor is yellow cream cotswold stone and some rugs to soften the flooring up.
- The Downstairs bathroom has an electric shower over (new steel enamel) bath, sink and WC and also includes asher/dryer.
- The Worcester/Bosch Heatstar Greenslave 18/25 Combi Boiler Central Heating system (fitted spring 2008) delivers constant hot water for nice candle lit bath after a long day walking! The cottage can be heated as much as you like!
- There is a New 6ft high Hotpoint frost free larder fridge / freezer (three large freezer compartments).
- In the kitchen there is a Full size Bosch dishwasher.
- The Hotpoint 8kg Washing Machine / Tumble Dryer 'combi' machine is in the bathroom cupboard.
- There are Two additional large capacity condenser tumble dryers in the garage 50ft from back door if you need extra drying capacity.
- Minor but helpful extras such as salt/pepper, t-towels, j-cloths/wipes, towels, bedding, kitchen roll, toilet roll, cleaning liquids etc. all provided, fully inclusive.
- It is a mere 3-4 mins walk to the local real ale pub and excellent pub food / Sunday lunches
- Only 5-10 min walking distance to Whiteford or Llanmadoc beaches.
- Just 10-12 mins drive to other beaches at Port Eynon or Horton, Oxwich Bay or Llangennith (great surfing), 15 mins to Three Cliffs Bay or 20 mins by car to Caswell, Langland.
- All the Quality bed linen is provided.
- The cottage is Available to let all year round - 12 months and short breaks / weekends
- Prices range from £210 , for two midweek nights, to £900 per week (late July and August)
- Discounting high summer, the average price is £400 per 7 night week
- Short breaks for 2/3 nights are available Oct-April
- Arrivals time is after 4pm and departures by 10.30am
- Apologies but no smoking please.
- An Ironing board and iron and hairdryers are available
- Quality Le Creuset pots and pans and very nice crockery
- Electric/gas, cleaning materials/toilet roll are all included in the price
- Satellite TV, DVD player, widescreen TV, with movies and Sky Sports to relax and watch movies, F1 racing, the golf, rugby football, tennis or cricket. Setanta Sports is also available.
- The Lounge has seating for 5-6 comfortably on three brown or cream leather sofas
- There is a Gas BBQ on rear sun patio (free gas bottles provided as well as free logs - no penny pinching here!)
- Parking is at the rear of the cottage in the drive for at least 2 cars
- Birdwatchers paradise with a Greater Spotted Woodpeckers in rear garden
- Hill walks from the Cottage over Llanmadoc Hill, and to Rhossili Down or Llangennith.
- Superb idyllic spot away from it all and not too close to the more populous tourist areas of Gower (such as Rhossili Village, Llangennith Beach) but close enough to get to them if you want.
- Dogs are welcome - by agreement on booking.
