On the outskirts of the village of Llanrhidian, Woodlands Cottage offers self-catering holiday accommodation on the magnificent Gower Peninsula in South Wales. The cottage enjoys spectacular views over the North Gower coastline and makes a splendid getaway base whatever the season.

Woodlands is set in tranquil hillside gardens with a flight of stone steps leading to the front door. Inside the cottage the newly decorated and spacious lounge/dining room leads to a bright fully equipped kitchen. The rear door from the kitchen opens out into beautiful private gardens, encompassing scenic wooded areas and a large patio ideal for sunbathing and barbecues. The large bathroom on the ground floor includes bath and shower.

Woodlands comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. It has a large double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and extensive views, bunk room with adjacent dressing room and a double futon in the lounge. There are washbasins in the bedrooms and a separate W.C. on the first floor.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings, the location is excellent for walking, beaches, surfing, birdwatching, horse riding, and fishing. With such a wealth of activity in close proximity it is ideal for families and adult groups alike. The stroll to the shop, restaurant and pub is approximately 3/4 mile. Woodlands is privately run by the friendly owners who live in the attached house.
