This is a compact self-catering cottage in an idyllic setting, right on the secluded beach of Pontllyfni. Sunsets can be magical, and the sea varies from calm to dramatic. There is one double room, one twin and one single, all sharing a bathroom. The lounge, with granite open fireplace, overlooks the beach, and is comfortably furnished. The kitchen-cum-dining-room is at the back, and has modern oak units, an oak table and chairs, and all the equipment one would need for a pleasant self-catering holiday. The cottage is within easy reach of the Llyn Peninsula in one direction, Snowdonia inland, and Caernarfon to the north. We also have a small, personally run restaurant-with-rooms a few miles away.
Caernarfon, with its 13th century castle, is a World Heritage Site, with much to offer visitors. Within 5 miles Caernarfon is easily accessible by main road.
