Special Policies
“Good Housekeeping Deposit”: Holiday tenants are requested to keep the premises in as clean and tidy a state of repair as when the let commenced, and a £50 (cash or cheque) returnable bond will be required upon arrival. In the absence of any claim, the cash or cheque will be returned after the holiday.
Reservation: A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a booking, subject to the accommodation being available. The full balance is usually required 8 weeks prior to the letting dates. Cancellation can entail forfeit of the deposit.
Pets: One small dog can be accommodated at an extra charge of £20 per week, to cover additional cleaning costs. No other pets are accepted. Pets must be kept under control at all times, and not left alone in the property, nor outside for extended periods of time. They must not be allowed on the beds or furniture – please bring a bed or box for your pet to sleep in. All fouling must be removed immediately and all pet hairs cleared up before leaving. Please ensure that your pet has been wormed and is free of fleas.
Heating: Electric fire in sitting room, electric convector heaters elsewhere. Hot water via immersion heater, with separate electric shower. The first £10 electric is included. Further electricity will be charged for by meter reading.
Smoking: Please note that Ty Nain is a “No Smoking” house. You are welcome to smoke in the garden, but please dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully. A “Refreshing Charge” will be levied on guests who smoke within the house.
