Pen-y-Lôn is fully double glazed and is additionally equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, also a cot if required.

The house is designed for wheelchair access with ramps, wide doorways and turning spaces.

This is one of three individual character cottages in a secluded not isolated rural location, 260 yards from the village and 900 yards from the beach, with the mountains behind, just waiting to be explored.  There are circular walks from the door.

12 miles from Dolgellau.  Train station, bus stop, nearby.  The village has a post office, pub, cafe, gallery and tea room all within walking distance.  Castles, steam railways, the Centre for Alternative Technology and Portmeirion are popular local attractions.
