Llawrdref is a working farm providing self catering accommodation situated on the Lleyn Peninsula with its heritage coastline. It is four miles from the famous Abersoch sailing and wind surfing centre, one and a half miles from Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) which is a popular surfing beach, two miles from the picturesque village of Llangian with shop, post office, telephone kiosk and a sixth century church. This part of the Peninsula is within the area of outstanding natural beauty, and is an ideal holiday are for anyone seeking the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. The farmhouse is situated within easy reach of three golf courses - Abersoch, Pwllheli, and Nefyn - all 18 holes. The Peninsula has numerous sandy beaches, ideal for walkers, cycling the narrow winding roads, pony trekking and sight seeing the breathtaking views.
The part of the farmhouse that is to let comprises of three bedrooms [two with double beds and one with two single beds] all with washbasins. Linen is provided and beds are ready made when guests arrive. Cot and high chair available. Bathroom, shower, airing cupboard and immersion heater. Safety gate at top of stairs. Downstairs a combined sitting/dining room with electric fire, colour television and video. The adjoining kitchen has all essentials including fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine etc. Electricity by a 1 coin meter. Fitted carpets throughout. Sorry pets are not allowed. A car is essential and there is ample parking. Lawned garden with picnic table and a safe are for children.
