Nestling in the beautiful Vale of Ffestiniog, this original Gentleman's residence has been recently refurbished to provide 2 architect-designed luxury homes, surrounded by 9 acres of woodland, gardens, lake and streams.

Lake House, with its elegant lounge, delightful kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, sleeps 4 to 5. Lake House is the South & East wing of this old manor house with views over the gardens, mountain and lake.

Sea and mountains are within easy reach, White Water Rafting, Canoeing, Quad Biking, Horse Riding, Golf, Guided Walks etc are all close by. Whichever activity you want, let our free activity planning service make the arrangements so that your holiday can start from the moment you arrive.
