Hafod is a secluded,cottage surrounded by 30 acres of privately owned woodland with lakes, mountains and woodland owned by Snowdonia National Park, Woodland Trust and National Trust on its boundaries.
A request stop on the Ffestiniog railway is a ten minute walk, and the beautiful lakes Llyn Mair and Llyn Hafod y Llyn only a fifteen walk away.
Hafod cottage is powered by wind, solar and mains electricity and is energy efficient. Renovated tastefully, it is spacious and light.
Ground floor: Large living room with woodburning stove which provides central heating. Kitchen area with gas cooker and fridge. Large shower room, WC, handbasin. Bedroom with single bed.
First floor: Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with single bed and small double bed.
Private garden with table and benches for eating outside merges into the woodland dell in which the house is secluded.
