The coastal village of Fairbourne lies in the south west of the Snowdonia National Park at the mouth of the Mawddach estuary. With its secluded blue flag sandy beach and stunning views of the estuary, mountains and Cardigan Bay it is the perfect place for a holiday. The village has shops, cafes, hotels, pubs, a launderette and a fish and chip shop. As well as good road links it is on the mainline Cambrian Coast railway and boasts its own Narrow Gauge railway. Close by visitors can enjoy cycling, walking, climbing, golf, surfing, fishing, quad biking, dry slope skiing, white water rafting, bird watching and so much more. This south facing mid terrace Edwardian house is situated in the centre of the village 3 minutes from both the shops and the beach. The accommodation consists of the main floor kitchen/dining room and sitting room with log burning stove, on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bunk bedded room and a shower room with washbasin and toilet. The top floor has a further two double bedrooms, each containing a double and a single bed, and a bathroom.
