Our home was built as a spacious rectory in 1932, with a private path to the 11th century church for the rector.It is set in lovely gardens in tranquil rolling farmlands,and the local rare breeds hens provide our breakfast eggs. Welsh Newton is a hamlet close to Monmouth, the gateway to Wales and with its links to Nelson and Rolls(of Rolls Royce fame),and it is also en route to Hereford and the Cotswolds.
