Special Policies
• A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. The full amount is payable if the occupation date is less than 6 weeks from the date of booking. • We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. In the event of cancellation without reasonable notice (six weeks), you will be charged the full amount of the booking. If we are able to re-let the cottage, you will be refunded (less the non-returnable deposit) so the cancellation charges imposed will reflect the actual loss. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the hirer and it is strongly recommended. Cancellation includes date changes. • If, for any reason beyond the owners’ control, the property is not available on the dates booked, all charges paid in advance by the hirer will be refunded in full but the hirer has no further claim against the owners. • The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. • No more than the maximum number of persons, namely three people, may occupy the property. • The property is strictly non-smoking. • No pets shall occupy the property. • No responsibility is accepted by the owners for the hirers’ personal possessions either in the property or in cars parked outside the property.Availability
