Y Teras is a recently refurbished cottage with superb views of the Preseli Hills. It offers peace and tranquility, as well as being an ideal location for exploring the countryside and coast of Pembrokeshire. Rosebush is a small, traditional Welsh village that is a paradise for walkers, while the nearby Llys-y-fran Reservoir and Country Park is popular with anglers and cyclists. Additionally, there is an abundance of superb beaches and coves, which are linked by the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, within a 15 minute drive. Freshly prepared, traditional food is available from both the Tafarn Sinc Pub and the Old Post Office Restaurant. These are just around the corner from the cottage. The village shop is approximately 250metres away. Accommodation (Sleeps 4) Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a slate floored lounge with a beamed ceiling. It comprises of comfortable seating, a colour TV, a DVD player and a portable CD player with radio. The kitchen/dining area is off the lounge and has fully fitted units, an electric hob and oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, an automatic washing machine, a dining table and chairs. This leads into a furnished conservatory, which has views of the surrounding hills. Patio doors open onto a sun terrace and small garden. First Floor: Bedroom 1 (double) is at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden and hills. Bedroom 2 (twin) looks onto the fields at the front of the property. Both have storage space for clothes. The bathroom includes a bath, electric shower, WC and washbasin. The cottage has central heating, which is included in the price. There is parking space for one car outside the cottage and further space in the nearby car park. All duvets and bed linen are provided. However you will have to supply your own towels. Sorry - no pets. Strictly no smoking in the cottage. The market town of Fishguard is 8 miles away.The nearest beach is Newport Sands, which is also 8 miles away.
