We ask for the property to be left in a clean and tidy and reasonable condition, or a charge will be charged to your account.
Cancellations must be put in writing and posted to our address or via e-mail and these will be acknowledged. In the event of a booking being cancelled, the deposit will be kept for administration costs, if we are unable to re-let, the following charges will also apply:
Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation before holiday date: 100% of holiday cost
Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation before holiday date: 60% of holiday cost
Between 6 & 12 weeks notice of cancellation before holiday date: 40% of holiday cost
A £100 deposit will be required paid with the balance, which will be refunded when property has been inspected for any major breakages or damages.
