A nice cottage, (a conversion of two smaller units) within a short walk of the town centre, yachting marina and safe sandy beach. The cottage dates back to the 1800's and was at that time built on the quayside and is one of the oldest in the town of Pwllheli. Although now refurbished and well away from the harbour, it still holds some of its character with the exterior having been largely left as it was. The interior still has its original large stone fireplace in the living room, now incorporating a solid fuel burner which heats the hot water, whilst the kitchen has another stone fireplace, as a feature. It features two staircases, one leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom whilst the second leads up to a bedroom and shower room, both have w/c and wash basins. The location is within driving distance of a large number of beaches on the South of the peninsular as well as those to the north. The National Park of Snowdonia is easilly reached by car within an hourNearest TownPwllheli On the South Coast of the Lleyn Peninsular, the main shopping town for the area with a weekly market.
