The Hall, steeped in history and dating from 1742, was totally renovated in 1983. Just three miles from Llangollen, the Hall is very well situated within 85 acres of private woodland, parkland, several ponds and bridle paths and walks, including the nearby Offa's Dyke. The interior of Trevor Hall is an original and eclectic mix of styles, ranging from period to wildly eccentric. Ground floor: entrance leads directly to impressive medieval dining hall, incorporating the main staircase, stone fireplace and access to drawing and smoking rooms. The Regency drawing room with marble fireplace also serves as a cinema room with a 6 x 5 ft screen for DVD and video with surround sound system. A smoking/library room (whilst the Hall is designated as NO SMOKING, smoking is permitted in the smoking/library room only), an intimate sitting room, off which is another cosy room, the Snug. Large kitchen with breakfast table, 2-oven Aga with companion electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Pantry and boot room leads to the rear entrance. Games room with pool table.
