Glanusk Park is one of the largest remaining family Estates in mid-Wales, in the very heart of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park on the River Usk. It is an area of windswept mountains and waterfalls, sheltered valleys, speckled with isolated farmsteads and small bustling market towns.The estate also owns 20 miles of private footpaths as well as large tracts of the Black Mountains. Rods are available for salmon and trout on the River Usk for a modest daily fee.

Single storey: one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, sitting room with open fire (wood is supplied)

Outside: garden with terrace overlooking the Park with stunning views over the Estate to the Black Mountains beyond.

2 bedrooms/1 bathroom – Sleeps up to 4 people Single storey: during the Winter and early Spring of 2004/5, The Kennels has been totally redeveloped to provide unique cottage accommodation in a lovely, peaceful and secluded setting, close to the River Usk, within Glanusk Park.

The accommodation consists of a large open plan living/dining area, with open fireplace; kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker. Cloakroom with WC/WB and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. One double and one twin bedroom; one bathroom with over-bath shower. South facing terrace with table and chairs. A small stream runs close to the cottage. Access is via a stone track, suitable for all cars. Parking adjacent to the cottage.

Changeover: Thursday

Garden Cottage is bookable on the basis of being a one twin bedroom cottage for two people but if there is a requirement for the use of the single bedroom, then an additional 20% supplement for that third person/second bedroom would be payable.

Outside: Garden Cottage is in an extremely private setting with large walled gardens and beautiful views. Sitting out area with BBQ.
