There are seven self contained motel units available. Each unit consists of a bedroom with either twin or double beds, wardrobe, and desk area; an en-suite shower room; and a kitchen with full sized gas cooker, refrigerator, sink, and pots and pans. There is a dinette in the kitchen which converts to a double bed making the chalets an ideal base for families.

All units are equipped with colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and a radio alarm clock. All chalets have external access via the bedroom and the kitchen giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. All chalets are ground floor with a step on entrance but no internal stairs, they have independent electric heating.
The chalets are available all year.

Biographical Information

The Park Motel is owned by Steve and Laura McNulty and daughters. We originate from The Peak District but made our home in mid Wales in 2002 and are loving it! We encourage a family led, safe and peaceful holiday experience. If you want night clubs, arcades and bright lights this may not be the place for you! Whilst in our spare time we do try and discover more secrets of this wonderful area, if you know of a particularly nice drive / walk / shop / church etc please let us know and we will happily share the information with our guests.

Site Information

We are a Motel with a small Restaurant and bar, holiday letting static caravans, and touring caravan and camping pitches. We have a WTB rating of 3*. The motel and restaurant are open year round, whilst the holiday caravans and the touring site are open from 1st March to 31st October

We are situated on the A44 (Worcester to Aberystwyth road) in Mid Wales, 3 miles north of Llandrindod Wells and a short drive from the Elan Valley and the popular towns of Builth Wells, Rhyader, Brecon, and Newtown.

Our site is family orientated with a peaceful, relaxing stay at the top of our agenda. We have 3 acres of grounds, mostly set to lawns. Outside we have a patio overlooking the children?s play area with rolling hills fading into the distance. Inside we have a games room, snug (with seasonal log fires), small library, restaurant, bar and conservatory.
 We also have space for 10 touring caravans with hook ups, and 5 medium sized tents - more if a group.
