Your residential requirements can be met on both of our campuses either side of university terms dates in our 300 en-suite bedrooms or using a range of standard bedrooms at competitive rates. Whatever your requirements, budget or numbers, the University can provide you with ideal accommodation for 2 to 2000 persons!

You can choose a range of catering packages or perhaps some or all of your delegates wish to self-cater in our fully-equipped campus apartments. Meeting and lesiure facilities can also be guaranteed exclusively for your group.

Both campuses have ample free car parks for private vehicles and coaches. Most accommodation blocks have dedicated car parking adjacent so heavy luggage shouldn't be a problem!

Alternatively we can co-ordinate booking of nearby hotel accommodation for your delegates at any time of the year - giving you a choice of dates for your residential conference all year round.

On-Campus Accommodation

Situated a short drive or 15 minute walk from the town centre, these three residences offer comfortable accommodation on our attractive Penglais Campus.

Rosser consists of flats of 8 single en-suite rooms each with private shower and toilet. In neighbouring Trefloyne, each flat of 7 standard rooms shares a bath, shower and 2 toilets with a washbasin provided in each room.

Cwrt Mawr is also primarily single room accommodation with flat sizes varying from 8 to 10 persons. Every flat has 2 toilets and either 2 showers or 1 shower and a bath.

All flats have a fully-equipped kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, conventional cooker, crockery and cutlery. The three residences are convenient for the Arts Centre and there is a supermarket and post office across the road. There are also bars and launderettes available on site.

We provide bed linen and 1 towel per person in all flats.

Hospitality

From buffets to banquets, we enjoy a reputation for quality and service. Our restaurant facilities can provide a choice of self-service counter meals, or buffets for up to 260, or a more formal family or waitress service in private dining rooms for up to 200 persons.

With fresh local ingredients we provide tasty wholesome meals daily, where delegates can pre-book or use our restaurants on a casual basis, and where dietary requirements and individual preferences are catered for with care.

Should you want to organise special functions on campus or off-site, our conference team can offer help and advice with planning your special event - providing you with maximum flexibility and choice.

Self-Catering

Choosing to self-cater is an exciting option in Ceredigion! Our local produce is well-known and highly-rated. Why not take the opportunity to try it for yourself? The fully equipped kitchen/diners in our apartments are ideal for preparing delicious meals from a range of locally caught fish, for example or an excellent choice of organic produce including a mouthwatering range of speciality Welsh cheeses.
