Welcome to Peterwell House, a 19th century estate managers house, 5 minutes walk from the university and market town of Lampeter in Ceredigion, West Wales.

Whether you are planning to visit your offspring at the university, attend a course, work in the area or enjoy the beautiful Ceredigion countryside, you are guaranteed a warm welcome here.

You can stay for a day (or two or three or more) and you have a choice of accommodation.

Valley View (Sleeps 2 – Twin Bed / King Size bed)

Valley View is a ground floor, self contained annex, with its own private access. It has:

~ spectacular views over the Teifi Valley
~ living room with television / video
~ fully equipped kitchen

~ en-suite shower room

The Blue Room (Sleeps 2 – Four Poster Double bed)

The Blue Room is in the main house (which is our home). It has:

~ en-suite bathroom (with over bath shower)

The house is on the outskirts of Lampeter, a small thriving market and university town nestled in the Teifi valley, on the borders of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire.

It is ideally situated for anyone wishing to explore the Cardigan Bay heritage coastline and/or the beautiful Cambrian Mountains.

In addition, the 10 minute walk from the house to the University of Wales, Lampeter makes our location ideal for visiting tutors, parents or students looking for short stay accommodation.
