All bedding and towels are included in the price however coal and wood for the aga are not provided.
From Sept 2011 we are asking guests to pay for their electric on a meter reading basis at departure - at normal domestic rate only.
A small complimentary basket will will be awaiting you on arrival.
A deposit of £50 payable by cheque is required to confirm the booking. The balance is to be paid in full, a minimum of 6 weeks before the commencement of the let. The deposit is refundable if we are informed in good time.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the let need to be paid in full at the time of the booking.
Bookings are for 7 days, Saturday - Saturday.
Check in from 3.00pm where you will be met on arrival. Latest check out 10.00am
