The accommodation sleeps 4 - 6 people. There is a very comfortable sitting room with colour TV, board games for the family and a selection of videos for the kids. There is also a folder full of local information. The accommodation also offers a master bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom is a twin with two single beds. There is also a large, double sofa bed.
The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to Balloch village centre, nestling on the southern shores of the bonny banks of Loch Lomond, where you will find a variety of water sports, boat hire, cruises, wildlife, stunning scenery and many wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside. Further afield you will find pony-trekking, hill walking, historical attractions and a variety of golf courses, some of which hold major tournaments, amongst them the Scottish Open in early July which attracts many 'famous names'.
Leading off from Loch Lomond is the River Leven which flows through Alexandria to Dumbarton where it joins the River Clyde. River Leven is popular for fishing, walks and the cycle path.
We open all year round and although the typical reservation is for 7 nights, we accept short breaks depending on availability.
