The Estate is sited on the edge of The Galloway Forest Park that offers many outdoor activities including hill walking, mountain biking and fishing. Enjoy the country life yet still remain within easy reach of Ayr (30 minutes) and all other Ayrshire attractions Doonans Cottage is a luxury 3 bedroom cottage with one bedroom ensuite. The cottage is newly refurbished to a high specification with quality fittings throughout. The cottage has 3 large bedrooms - one double (ensuite) and two twin bedded rooms. The cottage is central heated and double glazed. The lounge/dining room which is 25 ft long has a wood burner, television, DVD player, video player, CD player and dining table. You will be impressed by how well equipped the cottage is. The kitchen has been newly fitted with integrated appliances - washing/dryer, dish washer, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The cottage is all on one level with easy access for the infirm.
