Park House is an ideal base from which to enjoy your holiday, peacefully situated in the small community of Corriecravie, yet within easy reach of all the Islands activities and places of interest. Originally a farmhouse, the property sits in over an acre of land and lies 100 yards from the road, it comfortably sleeps 10 and consists of on the ground floor kitchen-fully equipped and spacious, containing electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Drying room - containing washing machine, tumble dryer and pulley. Dining room with large farmhouse table and 10 chairs lounge. A comfortable room with TV and DVD player. Shower room - good sized with corner shower wash hand basin and WC.
On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms all furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage for clothes. 3 rooms are "twin" of which one has an ensuite shower and 2 are single and one double. There is also a bathroom on this floor with bath, wash basin and seperate WC.
The house is centrally heated and fully double glazed. A large garden with table, chairs and a BBQ area lies to the front and sides of the house. There is parking for up to 5 cars.
