This detached property has a shoreside location with outstanding views overlooking the bay and lochranza castle. there is accomodation for eight people. There is a very large king size bedroom with a large picture window facing the sea and a feature round window on the adjacent wall, both giving spectacular views. there is a further double bedroom again with a large picture window facing the castle. there are two twin bedded rooms, one of which is downstairs. There are also bathrooms on both levels.
The house has been given an official 4 star grading and has also several extra design features such as steam cabinet and full entertainment system throughout the house. There are televisions and DVD players in the lounge and each bedroom with a DVD library available in the house. All linen and towels are included and there is a large utility area with washing and drying facilities available.
In the summer the position of the house provides the most outstanding sunsets with a variety of wildlife nearby such as red squirrels, otters, deer, golden eagles and seals etc.
Outside and to the rear of the house there is a barbecue facility, clothes drying area and and a large gravelled area ample for turning and parking. The garden is an ideal play area for children. The rear is mostly shrubbery and woodland, however there is a large lawn to the front with a swing and chute available as well as several seating areas.
