The cottage is in a secluded, wooded position beside the Sannox Burn and adjacent to Corrie Golf Club course at Sannox. It has an extensive private garden. The accommodation, which has electric night storage heating, has been newly renovated and includes a twin bedded room, a double room and a fold down sofa bed in the living room. The modern, fitted kitchen is all electric, as is the water heating. The location is only fifteen minutes from Brodick pier and 20 minutes from Lochranza pier, with easy access to Glen Sannox, the mountains, the sandy beach of Sannox Bay and has a golf course literally on the doorstep.
