•The property's weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday nights.
If you wish to stay for a period longer than two weeks, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss rates.
Payment Terms:
We accept payment through Paypal's email invoice service.
20% of rental is payable on booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full is required if the booking is less than 4 weeks before the start of the let.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required with payment of the booking balance.
In case of cancellation by guest the deposit is non-returnable. Final payment of balance will be due 3-4 weeks before date of stay. In case of cancellation by guest after final payment has been made the full amount will be non-returnable. We would advise all guest’s to purchase Travel Insurance that covers cancellation costs.
