Situated in the heart of Oban, this spacious 3 bedroom apartment enjoys stunning panoramic views over Oban Bay and the surrounding islands. Set in a prime location near McCaig's Tower, in a quiet residential block, the town centre and railway station are within easy walking distance. Originally the Grand Hotel, it was built circa 1870 and was later to become the girls' hostel before being converted to luxury apartments in the late 1980s.
Oban, gateway to the Highlands and Inner Hebrides, is an ideal centre for walking, fishing, climbing, golf and sailing. It boasts a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as two supermarkets. The apartment is on the 2nd floor via 6 short flights of stairs. The accommodation sleeps 5 to 7 in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the sitting room. The large sitting room has a TV, video and board games. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave oven. Bed linen is provided but not towels. There is an allotted parking space for one car. Strictly no smoking and sorry, no pets. Not suitable for children under the age of 5 years.
