It is detached and situated in an elevated position in a quiet road in Hunter’s Quay, Dunoon a short distance from Marine Parade and has sea views. The property has a large sitting room with a dining area at one end with patio doors leading to the garden which guests are welcome to use. There is a large hall with light oak floor, three double bedrooms (one double bedded and two twins), a bathroom with bath, well equipped kitchen with sea views and a utility room.

Rosehip Cottage is a perfect holiday home for a family. There is off street parking for two cars.

Rosehip Cottage can be reached from Glasgow Airport in approximately 45 minutes by car and guests usually arrive via the ferry which departs from Gourock and crosses the Firth of Clyde, a very atmospheric start to their stay at Rosehip. There are many local activities, golf, swimming, clay pigeon shooting, sailing, fishing and quad biking to name but a few. Dunoon itself is the home of the Cowal Highland Gathering
