Croggan is a small remote village by the narrow sea entrance to Loch Spelve in the south of the Isle of Mull. The Old School House stands just yards from the shoreline with heavenly views across the loch to the hills beyond. Wildlife is abundant with otters, sea eagles, golden eagles, deer, seals, porpoises and dolphins.
A short walk away are a sandy beach and several deserted villages. It is an ideal location for those seeking peace or keen to pursue interests in wildlife , birds, fishing, jogging, cycling and hillwalking.
The School House has been recently renovated and has a large well appointed kitchen. There are three double bedrooms, one en-suite up a spiral staircase. The other two have a shower room. There is a sitting room with a multi fuel stove and a dining room. There is a scullery with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sheets and towels are not provided. There is also a television and DVD. Paradise found!
