The kitchen section has fridge, elect cooker, microwave and window, with window seat overlooking the harbour entrance.

Away from the street side, and two steps up, the bedroom (also with TV) is accessed from the living room and has commanding views over the whole harbour area. We have provided some easy seating and small tables, at which you can sit and enjoy a wine, while absorbing the ever-changing views of the sailing boats, fishing boats and ferries as they pass by.

There is an en-suite with double shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

There is central heating throughout.

Towels and bedding are supplied.

Street parking in close proximity to the flat is possible.

We have a NO SMOKING policy in the flat ……thankyou ……. also No pets.
