Gardener's Cottage is a detached cottage and accommodates up to six persons, and was the original home of the resident gardener for the Ardrhu Estate.

It has a lounge, kitchen, small dining room, a bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower over the bath, three bedrooms (one double, one twin and another twin on the first floor, up steep stairs).

The whole-house heating is from storage heaters and there is a log fire, colour TV, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave and parking for three cars.

Ardrhu Holiday Cottages is set in a spectacular lochside location and consists of fifteen varying properties, personally supervised by the resident proprietors, Helen and David King. 
 
Ardrhu Holiday Cottages nestles by the shore of Loch Linnhe, offering the ultimate in peace and tranquillity, yet it is not isolated, being just a quarter of a mile off the main A82 road  down a private drive and just nine miles south of Fort William.

From the loch, magnificent 3000-foot mountains soar dramatically in whichever direction you care to look from this beautiful self-catering holiday haven at Onich. 
 
All Ardrhu Holiday Cottages have loch and mountain views, with spectacular panoramic vistas, especially from Ardrhu House and The Coach House.

The Cottages are set in the mature landscaped four-acre grounds of Ardrhu House (Cottages Nos. 2 - 6 are strictly No Smoking and No Pets).  There is a coin-operated launderette, ornamental pond, barbeque and small children's play area, as well as an excellent all-weather tennis court for the exclusive use of our residents. 
 

The stunning areas just a short drive from Ardrhu Holiday Cottages include the haunting beauty of Glencoe and Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain. Ardnamurchan, which is the most westerly point on the British mainland, can be reached by taking the Corran Ferry, just one mile north. Activities include the Nevis Range cable car to take you up the mountain of Aonach Mor, offering excellent winter ski-ing and summer downhill mountain biking; the Ice Factor Mountain Activity Centre in Kinlochleven; and our local 9-hole golf course, the Dragon's Tooth, in Ballachulish. 

 Within two miles there is a choice of several hotels offering restaurant and informal bar meals, and for your everyday purchases the Onich Post Office and licensed grocers is but three-quarters of a mile.  In Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK, just nine miles north, there are two large supermarkets and a full range of shops to cater for all your holiday needs.
