Located about 1,5 miles outside the picturesque village of Nethy Bridge, which is on the edge of the Abernethy Forest Nature Reserve. From the cottage you have unspoilt views of the majestic Cairngorms and the Monadhliath Mountains. You can see what the conditions are like on cairngorm from your lounge window. The Cottage is at the end of a private road, to the south and west surrounded by grazing land, to the north and east by heather and a pond which attracts waterfowl. Waterhen, seagulls, ducks, partridge, black-grouse, crossbill, curlew, oystercatcher, capercaille, osprey, buzzards, falcons, with patience the red kite, and the golden eagle. Interested in fishing? We have facilities for disabled anglers too.! You will be at the right spot, as the proprietor can give you tuition in Spey casting, arrange fishing on two association waters or on private beats. The cottage sleeps 5, consists of porch, hall, open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom,2 bedrooms.
