A mere 3 minutes walk reaches the shops, restaurants, and city centre.
5 minutes walk arrives at the riverside walks, Eden Court Theatre, railway station.
There is a private parking space for each of the flats, off road, at the rear of the building.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Both of the flats have 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin Bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.There is also a TV and a phone (honesty box).
 
The Kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a washer / tumble drier, an electric cooker with extractor hood, and a microwave.

The main heating is by electric night store, with additional electric heaters.

Apartment Number 10 is on the first floor and has a balcony and seat accessed from the living room.

Apartment Number 4 is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a separate dining room and a penthouse lounge with panoramic view over the town and to the hills beyond. This kitchen also includes a dishwasher. The shower in the bathroom of this apartment is a walk-in cubicle.
