Dulnain House is located in the Scottish Highlands in the quiet village of Dulnain Bridge right amidst the Cairngorms National Park.  Beautifully restored and renovated to modern day standards, the property have both been awarded a 4-star Scottish Tourist Board rating. It is extremely well equipped and presented, ensuring every comfort at any time of the year. It is an ideal bases for a short break or holiday from which to explore and tour some of the best and unspoiled scenery in this part of the Cairngorms National Park.

The house occupies a prime position overlooking the village green and the River Dulnain with its pleasant walkway.

Lounge - spacious and very comfortably furnished room with open fire which delights most of our quests. Relax and watch satellite TV, use the video player and enjoy a film from out small library, listen to music on the stereo/CD player, or read books or play board games.

Kitchen - Large farmhouse style

kitchen is fitted with an Aga for cooking, central heating and hot water plus there's an electric hob and oven; microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The long refractory style table is large enough for everyone to sit around.

Utility Room - separate, adjoining the kitchen this room is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
