The house is a traditional terraced home located in a quiet street within easy walking distance to all amenities and attractions in the Pulteneytown area of Wick, a small historical fishing port. The house comprises a nice Lounge, Kitchen with Dining Area, Four Bedrooms (one en-suite) and a Showeroom/Toilet on the ground floor, also bedroom suitable for an older or less able person. The property has recently been refurbished throughout and has gas central heating, thermostatically controlled in each room. This ensures a lovely warm home and each room can have the temperature to suit the occupant. The property is suitable for from two to a maximum of six people, so is perfect for a family holiday. There is a small patio area with a secure rear garden and shed (for your golf clubs or bike!). Short Breaks available. Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday and is terrific value for the family with prices starting at £350 per week based on two sharing fully inclusive of heat, light & power and all linens. Car can be parked on-street immediately outside the property, or in parking bay immediately opposite the house. There are numerous small shops, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. (Be warned the two bakeries close by are dangerous if you are on a diet, the cream cookies are just too good to resist!) The library and local archives are just minutes away too so this house is a must for those of you who wish to research your family tree. Play park and leisure facilities also very close to your home. Bus stop just outside also which makes this a great location for those without transport. Clean, comfortable and very convenient family house equipped to a high standard and loved by all who have visited. Be warned you will want to stay longer, and many visitors come back every year so book ahead to get the dates you want. AccessibilityThe ground floor single bedroom is very convenient for an older person or even a family member who is less able as it is just off the hallway and allows level access to the Lounge, Kitchen Dining Room and the Open Plan Shower room. The room is also fun for the more independent person in your family as it has door leading to front vestibule which takes you out onto the street without disturbing the family. If you need any information to help in deciding if the house would be suitable just get in touch and we will do all we can... if it helps we have had people on crutches and zimmer frames using this room and found it suited them fine but is not so handy for the larger wheel chairs. |

 Caithness is one of the wonders of the world... it came in at No 45 in a recent survey and has been described as wild and romantic. Prince Charles must love it here too for he visits regularly  The Lounge is very cozy with a glow fire and TV,SKY,Video,DVD,etc  The Kitchen is very well equipped with high quality appliances  Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom  The en-suite bathroom is a treat to use  This is a wonderful room for a grandparent...
