Please note we insist on a refundable £100 cash deposit at the beginning of your stay at this 5 star property, we only take this from customers who are coming to visit for the first time, this is a very high standard property which we try to make sure is always kept to a first class standard throughout the year and the refundable deposit does help us to do this, we require the property to be returned to us in an excellent clean and undamaged condition, we accept a 3 hours change over time for cleaning at this property anything over and above this time will be charge at £33 per hour.
