The six wooden chalets, designed to blend into the natural scottish birch woodland, provide self catering accommodation for six persons. They have been regularly up-dated to ensure convenience, comfort and warmth.

Main Features. There is ample car parking for all accommodation. Swimming pool , games room with pool table and table-tennis, pay phone and laundry facilities are all available on the holiday site.

The wooden chalets are heated with electric 'total heating', fitted carpets and full insulation with all fuel charges included in your holiday price, so whatever the weather, your comfort is assured.

General Features. The 6 wooden chalets are situated in a semi circle, between 50 - 75 feet apart. Each has a similar interior layout and a similar view of the woodland areas. Access to each self catering chalet is by a number of wooden steps. Mallard chalet having only 2 steps to the entrance, the others between 4 to 8.

Each chalet accommodates 6 people

Downstairs:

Kitchen - Electric cooker (4 hotplates, oven & grill), microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans & utensils, crockery & cutlery for 8

Living Room - 2 armchairs and sofa, sofa bed, television, video, dvd, dining table, fitted bench seating & 4 dining chairs, glassware for 8, coffee table

Bedroom - Twin beds with duvets

Balcony - Cupboard for outdoor clothing, 2 deck chairs

Bathroom - Bath with shower over, washbasin, shaver point, WC

Inventory:

Digital TV, videos, DVD's, Electric 'Total Heating' ; all bedding, hot water and heating. Electric iron and ironing board. Full carpeting throughout. Bed linen for 4 (cottages). Ample car parking space. Toilet rolls and basic cleaning materials on arrival. Washing powder and dishwasher powder (where applicable) is supplied.

Extras:

Extra persons - The properties accommodate the numbers shown. Extra persons (max 2 ) are charged at £35 per person per week, which includes z-bed or sofa bed - where applicable - and linen

Pets - Well behaved pets are allowed at £10 per pet per week

Towels - One bath towel and one hand towel can be supplied at £3.50 per person, per week

Welcome pack - Basic ingredients for breakfast, i.e. tea, coffee, cereal, bread milk, butter, jam etc. can be supplied for £15 or with sausage, bacon & egg for £20

Milk - On arrival at 55p per pint

Z-bed - An extra bed can be supplied at £15 per week

Cot & High Chair - A cot and high chair can be supplied at £15 per week
