The property has four bedrooms - a double room, twin room with bunk and a large and small bunk room - a large lounge / dining room and kitchen. There is a bathroom (with separate shower) and a shower room. The house is triple glazed with electric storage and panel heating, and a wood burning stove. A conservatory looks out onto an attractive garden and there is parking for two cars and a single garage. Living Accommodation Lorien provides comfortable living accommodation for between 8 and 11 people and is very well equipped. The main source of heating is electric storage heating. The entrance hall gives access to the living and sleeping areas. The dining area has a large farmhouse table and chairs and looks out into the conservatory. The living room has views over the River Nethy and can be heated by a wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped and is situated just off the dining area. Sleeping Accommodation The main bedroom has a pine double bed with pine furniture and fitted cupboard. It looks out to the River Nethy. The twin bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed and fitted cupboard. It looks out to the back garden. The small bunk room has a bunk bed and small fitted wardrobe. It looks out to the front garden. The study is a quiet space to relax or can be used for additional sleeping accommodation Bath and Shower Rooms The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a separate electric shower, and contains the hot air cupboard. The shower room is equipped with a power shower. Garden The front garden Has parking for two cars and has beautiful views up the River Nethy.
