The rounded peaks of the Munroes form a backdrop for this beautifully constructed lodge. Standing within an acre of walled garden, it forms an idyllic retreat for outdoor-loving families. Scenic walks can be taken from the doorstep, with climbing amid the nearby mountains, and stalking available by arrangement.

Traditional ambience... with all modern comforts!

Clachan Garden was newly built in 2003. Great attention to detail has been paid to its spacious interior, with a mix of antique and modern furnishings. It has the ambience of a traditional Highland home, with the added comforts of modern-day living.

The Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open fire, spacious dining room, large, well-equipped, farmhouse-style kitchen with breakfast area, utility room, boot room and W.C.

Please note from February 2007. The dining room and kitchen will be combined to create one huge dining kitchen with table seating for 10 guests.

The First Floor

On the first floor there is accommodation for nine people, with a double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room/W.C., double bedroom with 5ft bed and additional single bed (for + 1), two twin-bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room/W.C., house bathroom/W.C. with shower attachment.

Internal facilities include:

• Open fire (including fuel)
• Oil central heating and electricity (included in the rental price)
• Satellite TV/Radio/cassette/CD (small library)
• Telephone (honesty box)
• Automatic washing machine/tumble dryer
• Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
• Cot & high chair
• Duvets with linen and towels.

External facilities include:

• Double-bay garage with ample parking
• Drying room and secure cycle storage
