Dallas Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 and in addition has a Bosch larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and is larger throughout, approx 110 sq m.  Dallas has double chimneys, to provide  an internal wood burning stove and an external log fire/BBQ.  The lounge/kitchen area is very spacious, approx 40sq m.  It has a large master bedroom `en suite' with the shower room, which is in 'wet-room' style. Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished this year and have a mains pressure system.  Smoking is not permitted. This is one of five available lodges.

Built to high Scandinavian specification, providing warm and comfortable accommodation all year - totally unique to Dunsmore Lodges - Dallas Lodge has back-to-back chimneys with log fire inside, log fire/ barbecue on the patio to make the most of the long evenings sitting outside round the fire; all lodges have Satellite TV/radio and all graded 4 star by the Scottish Tourist Boards Grading and Classification.

NEW FOR 2005:  Dundonnell Lodge on the Leanassie Site.   This lodge is built to the same high specification and standard as all our 2-bedroom lodges and has one double and one single bedroom. The double room is en suite with the bathroom, which is in the same style as the three Farley Lodges, with a mains pressure `level access' shower.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a dishwasher and washing machine.  The lounge has double french doors leading onto a large timber patio, with lovely vews to the west. Smoking is not permitted. It is suitable for wheelchair use or anyone with a walking disability, with easy access throughout and grab rails in the bathroom.

The three Lodges 300 metres further up the hill on the Farley site, with lovely views, have 2  bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds sleeping 4.  The bathrooms have a pressurised `walk-in' shower, in `wet-room' style. They also have very large timber decking verandas.  Smoking is not permitted.
