The Gardeners Cottage possesses a lounge with dining area off, a separate and fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area with drying facilities, full bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional ground floor W. C. There are 4 bedrooms; a double, one twin and two singles. In addition to the standard range of facilities mentioned the Gardener’s Cottage also has a family size dishwasher and a food processor. Heating, also including hot water, is conveniently provided by an oil fired central heating system with an additional electric bar/convector heater in the lounge.

All bed linen is included in the rent, as it is with the other two cottages, and there is ample parking for 2/3 cars beside the cottage.

One dog per cottage may be permitted by advance arrangement, which will depend on the breed of the pet.

Only the electricity used in excess of £5.00 per week is payable at the end of each stay. Towel sets and a child’s folding bed or cot and high chair are available (extra) if required.
