Three top floor self contained and self-catering apartments sleeping from 1-5 people available in a 200 year old listed building, with panoramic views around the Moray Firth. The house and grounds are adjacent to an 18 hole golf course, and has 8 acres of grounds that run down to a safe, clean and beautiful sandy beach. Open year round. Non-smoking; pets allowed by arrangement (normally one pet per family). Ample free parking.

We have three apartments; two have 2 bedrooms, each with a double-bedded room and a large bedroom with 3 single beds. Each flat has a sitting room with a colour TV/DVD player and a small kitchenette with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster plus all the usual utensils, pans, cutlery etc. Bedlinen and towels are provided and guests have the use of the laundry, drying and ironing facilities.The apartments have bathrooms with bath and WC, handbasin.The one bedroom (double bedded) apartment has a shower instead of a bath and has a very large sitting room. Guests may use the broadband internet connection.

Hopeman Lodge is 6 miles from Elgin in the village of Hopeman which has a newsagent, garage, takeaway chinese and fish and chip shops, cafe, chemist, Doctor's surgery, Primary school, grocers, P.O. with cash machine, small convenience store, Library, butcher and baker. The village is also joined to the Coastal Trail and has excellent walking and cycling facilities.

Inverness airport (EasyJet, BA, car hire, etc) is 45 minutes away whilst Aberdeen airport can be reached in 1 hr 40 mins. There's a mainline train service through Elgin to Aberdeen (East Coast line) and Inverness (West Coast line). Local attractions include the Spey Valley and whisky trail; Findhorn Bay and the Culbin Forest, Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle and the lovely Moray Firth region to explore with its miles of sandy beaches.
