Harbour Cottage is a 120 year old traditional fisherman's cottage that has been fully modernised and tastefully decorated to provide a home-from-home, in the peaceful and picturesque village of Findochty on the Moray Firth coast. Only metres from the harbour-marina, along with the pristine sandy beaches nearby. This spacious property is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, with open fire, and dining room, as well as kitchen, shower room and single bedroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has single bed, one has double bed, and the third has both king size and single beds. The property is centrally heated (gas) and is fully equipped. There is a private patio with table and chairs and a fine view over the harbour marina. Findochty is centrally located between the rolling farmlands and low hills of Aberdeenshire to the East; Royal Deeside in the South; the high mountains of the Cairngorms to the South-West, and Inverness, the capital of the highlands in the West. These are all within a sixty mile (100 km) radius of Harbour Cottage. The Moray Coast enjoys extra long hours of daylight in the summer, with spectacular sunsets.
