There is direct access from the house to the riverbank making it especially suited to those who are fishing or visitors who just enjoy relaxing by the river watching fish jump and the water meandering over the rocks. While no fishing is included there are private walks along the riverbank for approximately 1 mile. In addition there are numerous other walks and routes for easy cycling in the vicinity.

In addition, there is a bathroom and a further toilet making the house suited to more than one family.
