Located just off the main road north from Newtyle, the houses enjoy a tranquil rural location, while still only 20/25 minutes drive from the centre of Perth or Dundee.

At the front, each house has an attractively planted, secluded, south-facing courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue. To the rear, there is a terrace and an area of Garden which enjoys spectacular views across the Vale of Strathmore and the Grampians.

Ample parking is available in front of each house. The properties have been fully refurbished to the highest standard and are heated by full gas fired central heating systems.

GROUND FLOOR:
The entire area is laid out as one open plan Living Area. At one end is a spacious seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs grouped around a fireplace.
