Situated on the Carse of Stirling, near the picturesque village of Kippen, yet within easy reach of Stirling, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow and Edinburgh, they provide the perfect touring base.  Fordhead  and The Fords o' Frew are an important location historically and  have provided such notables  as William Wallace, Bonnie Prince Charlie and  Rob Roy MacGregor with the only relatively safe crossing point over the River Forth upstream from Stirling over the years. These attractive, spacious cottages are equipped and furnished to highest possible standard and each has its own private garden and, or, walled patio. Just the place to enjoy the rural tranquillity, the sunset over Ben Lomond and a glass of wine!

Private trout and salmon fishing on a mile of the River Forth, walking, canoeing ,  all weather tennis court ,pool table in games cabin and invigorating hot-tub in its own pivate cabin with fantastic views over The Trossachs.

Pets are welcome and there are plenty of lovely walks on the farm and river bank.
