The dining room has a large table and chairs seating eight for more formal meals. Upstairs comprises three double bedrooms and a family size bath and shower room. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms but can be configured as double beds upon request. A further single bed can be accommodated in each of the second and third bedrooms upon request. A cot is also available. All beds are fitted with hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows. All bedrooms have spectacular views across the countryside. A particular feature of the property is the very private and well-kept garden, full of beautiful flowers and shrubs, with lawn areas and a Victorian summer house. Outside dining is possible with the garden furniture and barbecue provided. All utilities, bedding, towels and hair dryers are provided for within the price. There are fabulous walks in the area, fishing, and a large choice of golf courses (including Gleneagles just 15 minutes away). It is just over one hour's drive from both Edinburgh and Glasgow and is in an ideal location for exploring the Scottish highlands.
